Introducing the Team Championship Challenge! In 2010, NEETS drivers will be teaming up to bring home the first ever "Team Championship"! There will be a specific set of rules to help organize this chapter of NEETS Racing, which can be found on this page.

Team Challenge Rules

1. Team Creation:
A. Each team will consist of three (3) drivers.
B. Teams can consist of drivers from either division.
i.e. 3 Big Car Drivers, 2 Big Car Drivers and 1 Small Car Driver, etc...
C. Teams must be created before the third event. At the third event, no new teams will be accepted.
D. Teams must be named upon submission of team info, names should be appropriate and family friendly!
E. Submissions:
Please submit Team Challenge info to: joe@neetsracing.com. Include driver names, divisions, car numbers and team name. Each driver should have filled out a "Driver Profile" at the beginnning of the season, if not, please submit current "Driver Profile" along with submission.
2. Scoring:
A. Drivers will receive points for competing in the regular enduro races, the points awarded to each driver will equate into the team's points for the event.
B. If a driver is disqualified from an event, the team will receive no points for that driver only. The two other drivers points will be tallied into the total for the event.
C. If a driver is DNS for an event, the minimum amount of points (50 points) will be awarded to the team for that driver. Driver must qualify under the procedural rules as a DNS for the points to be awarded. There is no exception that can be made for drivers who are DQ'd.
D. In the extreme case that a teammate(s), or entire team, becomes destructive to other drivers/teams, the entire team will be dissolved and no longer capable of participating in the Team Championship Challenge.
E. Points:
Driver will receive points based on their finish in the regularly scheduled enduro races, points breakdown can be found by clicking here.
F. If NEETS Officials determine teammates are intentionally wrecking competitors (other teams mainly, not everyone), becoming agressively competitive, the promoter reserves the right to re-assign teammates, penalize the drivers by removing points or dissolve the team altogether.
